Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at Luxeebyte@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
Please do not send any items back without prior approval. Returns must be approved first, and we’ll then provide:

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Return shipping label (if applicable)

Return address and detailed instructions
Note: We do not have a physical storefront. All returns are handled via email coordination.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, etc.), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind or other non-defective reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at Luxeebyte@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right — either via refund, exchange, or replacement.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original, and once the return is approved, make a new purchase for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, and without justification. Items must still meet the return eligibility criteria mentioned above.
